• You will be compensated with 50% of all signup revenues generated with your tracking code, unless another written agreement has been made.
• You must be 18 years of age to advertise our program, or of legal age to view explicit adult-oriented material in your country or province.
• The pay period falls between the first and last of each months. Checks will be sent out within 5-7 days of the end of the pay period.
• We reserve the right to cancel any account that has a high amount of chargebacks or refunds.
• If you send traffic from any site containing child pornography, bestiality or any other legally questionable sexual act, you account may be terminated without notice.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy towards spam. If you spam, your account will be deleted and all funds forfeited!
• We will not accept affiliates with sites hosted on NON-ADULT free hosts.
• All of SCN's materials, including but not limited to, banners, digital photos, video clips, sound clips, and any other form of intellectual property provided to you by SCN shall remain the propert of SCN.
• Aforementioned materials may not be copied, reproduced, altered, modified, changed, distributed, transmitted or offered for sale for any other purpose than the advertising of SCN's website as set forth by these terms.
• SCN will issue accounts to the following countries only with a special waiver: Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, UAE and Uzbekistan. INDEMNIFICATION
YOU HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY SCN, ITS AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES OR EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCURRED BY YOUR WEB SITES, ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS AND OTHER ACTIONS CONNECTED TO THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, AS SET FORTH BY THESE TERMS.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SCN (CYBERTECHDEV, INC.). SIGNING UP TO THIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM STATES THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND ACCEPT THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN.
